The automatic run-out inspection station requires only initial positioning before performing batch inspections. The equipment utilizes the Japanese inspection probe "GT-10 Multifunctional Digital Contact Sensor," achieving a repeatability accuracy of up to 3μm and a maximum measurement range of 600mm. It can be paired with mechanical grippers to reduce manual loading efforts. The PLC panel offers intuitive operation and monitoring, aligning with the need for simplified equipment operation.
