Tooling Preheating Oven
Enhances mixed-line production efficiency. During the previous production line operation, the molds are preheated and paired with a quick die change cart, allowing for production line switching within 25 minutes.
Features:
- The base is equipped with a rotary mechanism that drives a platform carrying the tooling. Simultaneously, the work platform is fitted with a rotating disk, and a burner directly heats the rotating tooling inside the oven.
- The tooling preheating oven eliminates blind spots, ensuring more uniform heating to achieve even tooling temperature. The oven temperature can be controlled within ±5°C.

Rotary Preheating Furnace
The rotary heating furnace uses a bottom rotary mechanism to rotate the working platform with synchronized material racks. Hot air from the bottom burner circulates via the upper fan, ensuring uniform heating and rapid workpiece heating. The furnace maintains a ±5°C temperature control, with each station rotation taking 20–25 seconds.
