Preheating Furnace for Aluminum Wheels
Preheating Furnace for Aluminum Wheels
DIN-KO's Independently Developed Heating Furnaces
DIN-KO's preheating furnaces are specially designed for the heating process before the flow forming of aluminum wheels for passenger cars and motorcycles. We offer two types of preheating furnaces, allowing customers to choose based on their factory conditions and product requirements.
Our aluminum wheel preheating equipment includes design, manufacturing, transportation, installation, commissioning, and training.

Rotary Preheating Furnace
The rotary heating furnace uses a bottom rotary mechanism to rotate the working platform with synchronized material racks. Hot air from the bottom burner circulates via the upper fan, ensuring uniform heating and rapid workpiece heating. The furnace maintains a ±5°C temperature control, with each station rotation taking 20–25 seconds.
Tooling Preheating Oven
Enhances mixed-line production efficiency. During the previous production line operation, the molds are preheated and paired with a quick die change cart, allowing for production line switching within 25 minutes.
