Planetary Gears

DIN-KO has developed an innovative flow forming process called "hub forming" using flow forming machines paired with support rollers. This provides high efficiency for mass production of planetary gears and enables the manufacturing of high-precision gears, ensuring that gear dimensions and shapes meet strict specifications. The flow forming process produces gears as a single piece, which helps reduce manufacturing errors and allows the production of various types and sizes of gears. Due to its high production efficiency and relatively simple process, Ding Kang’s hub forming technology offers excellent cost-effectiveness for customers.

C3 Gear Hub: Typically used in high-performance or heavy-duty transmissions, the C3 gear hub offers enhanced strength and durability, capable of handling increased torque loads while maintaining stability. It's designed to withstand significant wear and tear over time, making it ideal for applications where reliability is critical.

C4 Gear Hub: Similar to the C3 hub, the C4 gear hub also provides robust performance but may be tailored for slightly different torque capacities or mechanical systems. It often finds use in applications where slightly different gear ratios or load capacities are required, offering flexibility in design and production.
