Various Wheel Rims
The flow forming process is time-efficient, and through comprehensive factory planning, energy consumption is effectively minimized. After the rim blanks undergo extrusion and grain structure alteration, original void phenomena in the material are entirely suppressed, significantly reducing the rework rate while improving the yield rate and production capacity.
Take an 18x8 wheel as an example: on a single production line, 54 wheels can be produced per hour. With 20 operating hours per day and 220 days per year, the annual production volume can reach up to 237,600 wheels.
