Cooling and Quenching Tanks
Cooling and Quenching Tanks
With years of experience in aluminum wheel processing, DIN-KO integrates disc surface and finished product water immersion systems, providing a one-stop solution for flow forming production.
These water immersion machines feature automatic water replenishment and temperature control, with optional communication modules for data monitoring to support smart manufacturing upgrades.
Front Face Cooling Tank
Processing range: 17"~26"
The primary function of the quenching machine is to provide localized cooling for the wheel front face, preventing tooling sticking caused by high temperatures after the flow forming process. Additionally, based on the shape and thickness of the ribs, controlled cooling and hardening can effectively prevent rib deformation caused by high-speed flow forming. The system is automatically controlled.
Wheel Cooling Tank
This machine is used to cool the wheels produced by the flow forming process and is also automatically controlled.
As part of a fully automated flow forming production line, it is pre-connected and tested at DIN-KO's plant, allowing the system to be integrated with the flow forming machine and preheating furnace in as little as 5 days, ready for production.
