Rotary Preheating Furnace
Rotary Preheating Furnace
DIN-KO 【FLOW FORMING SERIES】|MADE FOR WHEEL, BUT MUCH MORE
The RPO410 rotary furnace is specifically designed for the pre-heating process in flow forming, particularly suitable for automotive and motorcycle aluminum wheel applications.
Featuring a vertically layered design, the furnace maximizes internal airflow circulation while saving space.
The rotating furnace is driven by a bottom rotation mechanism that turns the work platform, which is equipped with an independent material rack.
Heated air from the bottom burner is circulated by the upper thermal fan, ensuring uniform temperature distribution and rapid workpiece heating, with furnace temperature controlled within ±5°C.
The material rack is designed as an independent, synchronized unit, providing stable and reliable operation throughout the process.
Rotary Heating Mechanism:
- Driven by a bottom rotary mechanism.
- The working platform rotates with synchronized material racks.
Heating Method & Temperature Control:
- Hot air is generated by a bottom burner.
- An upper circulation fan ensures effective convection and uniform heating.
- Internal temperature is controlled within ±5°C.
Processing Efficiency:
- Each station rotation takes 20–25 seconds.
- Enables rapid heating of workpieces.
Applicable Scenarios:
- Ideal for customers with space constraints or limited floor space.
