This model offers distinct advantages due to its high-power forging configuration with dual upper and lower spindles. Combined with peripheral casting accessories, it enables mixed-line production of both casting and forging processes. With synchronous drive power reaching 220kW, this machine is also suitable for producing forged aluminum or magnesium alloy wheels.
It can accommodate special forming wheels or split molds for shaping operations such as reverse-mounted wheels, knife-formed rollers, and split mold flow forming.
