The CNC turning centers represented by DIN-KO are equipped with our custom high-precision jigs and fixtures. Customers can choose sizes that meet their machining needs, with a maximum machining diameter of up to 370 mm and a maximum machining length of up to 730 mm.
The 30-degree slant bed design ensures excellent chip evacuation and cutting rigidity.
Depending on requirements, the machine's axial tracks can be configured with either box ways or roller linear guides.
Heat Treatment and Melting Furnaces
The series of melting furnaces represented by DIN-KO can ensure a stable supply of molten aluminum for casting, suitable for locations that require a continuous supply of molten aluminum. At any time, molten aluminum at the specified temperature can be extracted from the holding furnace according to the set temperature.
